Clean Cinnamon Chocolate Protein Pancakes
Here's my recipe for clean cinnamon chocolate protein pancakes!
1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa
1 c. oatflour
1 scoop protein powder (I used chocolate flavor)
1/3 c. egg whites
1/4 c. unsweetened almond milk
1/4 c. water
2 tsp xylitol
cinnamon to taste
Makes 6-8 pancakes depending on the size you make them. If you don't want to use them all at once, don't forget that you can freeze them for later!
